Deposit
To confirm your reservation and hold your room, a deposit equivalent to one-half of your lodging total costs will be charged at time of booking.
Posted room rates do not include a 5% sales tax. Rates are for one or two persons in a room. An additional $25 per person, per night, may be charged for additional guests in the room. Not all rooms will accommodate additional guests. A full breakfast is included in the room rate.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds of deposit will be made if cancellation notice is received ten (10) calendar days prior to arrival date. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand you will be charged for the entire reservation.
For an extended stay, whole house and special reservations, refunds will be given on a case by case basis.
Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
- No-shows are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
- Cancellations (including changes) made 9 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival forfeit the 50% deposit and if the room is unable to be re-booked, the full reservation value will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation. Any and all rescheduled reservations will require the full financial payment by the Guest, and the deposit is not transferable to another stay. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather-related issues.
The Inn does not accept walk-in guests. Bookings within 24 hours of stay must be made by phone, otherwise, we encourage you to make your reservation online. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept MC, Visa, Discover and AmEx credit cards and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks. Cash may be used for payment balances upon arrival.
If you are redeeming a gift certificate, the number must be provided at the time of making your reservation. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the gift certificate will be applied and any remaining balance charged to your card. Gift certificates expire one year from date of issue. Any balance left on the certificate is forfeited if not used by the expiration date and no refunds will be issued.

Guests, Children, and Pets at the Inn
We cater to the comfort, privacy, and security of our registered guests. Guest visitors are only permitted on the property with prior Inn Keeper approval. If you would like to have any non-registered guests join you for breakfast there is an additional charge of $20 per person, and advance notice to the Inn Keeper is required.
Pine Lodge Country Inn is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Therefore, it is not an appropriate place for children under 12.
We regret that we are not able to accommodate guest pets. The Innkeepers’ pet is confined to the owners’ quarters.
